How it works
Pick a Concept, upload your family photo — or choose Photo later and we'll email you a private upload link after checkout. Add an inscription if you'd like one. Your photo is used only to make your dial: never shown anywhere, never used for anything else, deleted after we ship.
The painted dial
On the Watercolor, 3D Animated and Royal Oil styles you can have the faces painted in that style. We do it after you order and email you the finished dial before it's made. If it isn't right, we paint it again.
What happens after I order
You'll get an order confirmation right away. Framed Dial styles go straight to production; Art Dial styles wait for your OK on the painted proof first. Either way, you'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.
Shipping
Free, to anywhere in the US. Each watch is made to order — production takes 2–5 business days, then it ships with tracking, arriving in about 2–3 weeks total.
Returns
Made to order, so it's yours once made — unless it arrives damaged, wrong, or faulty, or is lost in transit. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we replace it or refund you, no return shipping needed.
